After order reception, customer can check details of the order, status etc from my page[order history].注文受付後は、マイページ[購入履歴]より注文の詳細、状況などを確認できます。

「宅配」買取の場合は20点程度から、「出張」買取でしたら1点からでもお受けいたします。

お問い合わせのご返答について
1) お問い合わせの内容を確認後、下記を基にまずご回答いたします。
・まずはどのような査定になりそうか、買取可能かどうか等
・カタログリストから新品同様の場合の買取査定額を例として何点か提示いたします。
※現物の状態により査定額が変わります。提示した金額が最高額と認識ください。
※コンディションG+以下の場合は、基本的に値段を付けることが出来ませんのでご認識ください。
・カタログリストがなく詳細が掴めない場合は、メールかお電話にて再度製品の内容をヒアリングさせていただきます。
※レア・人気盤と思われる製品がないという場合は、買取が出来ないことも想定されます。
2) 買取査定、比較相談となった場合は、以下のご質問へと移らせていただきます。
・出張の場合は、訪問可能日時等の調整
・宅配の場合は、製品送付の案内
・他店との査定額の比較相談の場合、査定リストの送付をお願いします。
※個人情報の部分は伏せていただいて構いませんが、念のため元データの送付をお願いいたします。(不正防止のためですが製品名と状態がわかれば比較は可能ですので、明細部分のみでも結構です。)
出張買取の手順および詳細について
出張買取につきましては基本的に費用は掛かりません。
「訪問先」と「持ち帰り」の2つの方法から対応が可能です。
「訪問先」での対応の場合
1) お問い合わせ後、出張での買取査定が決まりましたら訪問場所と日時の調整をさせていただきます。
※訪問場所は、依頼主様の現住所となります。身分証明書と同じ住所をご指定ください。
2) 予定された日時にご訪問させていただきます。
※基本的に店主1名でご訪問いたします。査定を希望する製品の準備をお願いいたします。
3) 訪問先で買取査定を行わせていただきます。(対応は玄関先のみで結構です。)
※1度の受付最大量80枚程度の場合は査定に1時間弱程度かかる場合があります。
4) 査定後、その場で査定額を提示いたします。(リストの作成は無く口頭で説明となります。)
※単品ごとの承諾・キャンセルも承ります。
5-1) 査定額を1点以上承諾いただいた場合は、その場で現金にてお支払いし領収書を発行して取引終了となります。
5-2) 査定額を全て承諾いただけない場合は、そのまま取引終了となります。
「持ち帰り」での対応の場合
1) お問い合わせ後、出張での買取査定が決まりましたら訪問場所と日時の調整をさせていただきます。
※訪問場所は、依頼主様の現住所となります。身分証明書と同じ住所をご指定ください。
2) 予定された日時にご訪問させていただきます。
※基本的に店主1名でご訪問します。対応は玄関先のみで結構です。査定を希望する製品の準備をお願いいたします。
3) 査定する製品をいったんお預かりし、営業所へ持ち帰らせていただきます。
※箱につきましてはこちらで用意したもので持ち帰りますので査定をする製品とご本人確認書類コピーのみご準備ください。
4) 査定終了後、査定額をリストとともに提示いたします。
5-1) 査定額を承諾いただいた場合は、銀行振込にてお支払いし領収書を送付して取引終了となります。
※振込先の口座は、依頼主様の名義に限ります。
5-2) 査定額を承諾いただけない場合は、お預かりした製品をお返しいたします。(単品ごとのキャンセルも承ります。)
※キャンセルとなった場合は再度日程調整のうえご訪問し、お返しさせていただきます。返送をご希望でしたら依頼主様の返送料ご負担にて対応も可能です。
宅配買取の手順および詳細について
宅配買取の費用につきましては、お送りいただく際の送料は当店で負担いたしますが、キャンセルとなった場合の返送料は原則依頼主様にご負担いただきます。
1) お問い合わせ後、宅配での買取査定が決まりましたら査定依頼をする荷物の発送準備をお願いいたします。
※荷物には、査定をする製品、ご本人確認書類コピーを同梱ください。梱包資材につきましてはお手持ちのものをご利用ください。
2) 出来次第に当店から依頼主様の現住所へ指定日時に集荷するよう依頼をいたします。
※集荷の対応については古物営業法でご依頼主様の発送先確認と、当方からの集荷依頼が義務付けられております。原則として日本郵便の送料着払いにて発送していただきます。
3) 荷物を受け取り後、受け取りの連絡にてスケジュールをお伝えし査定いたします。
4) 査定終了後、査定額をリストとともに提示いたします。
5-1) 査定額を承諾いただいた場合は、銀行振込にてお支払いし領収書を送付して取引終了となります。
※振込先の口座は、依頼主様の名義に限ります。
5-2) 査定額を承諾いただけない場合は、お預かりした製品をお返しいたします。(単品ごとのキャンセルも承ります。)
※キャンセルとなった場合の返送料は原則依頼主様にご負担いただきます。
買取方法につきましては古物営業法に沿って対応させていただきます。
買取時の注意事項について
・買取の取引が成立した際は、本人確認書類の提示が必要となります。(宅配の場合は、コピーをいただきます。)
主に下記のものが利用可能な書類となります。
運転免許証、健康保険証、パスポート、住民基本台帳カード、外国人登録証明書など
(いずれも現在有効で、現住所の記載とその本人確認ができるものに限ります。)
・18歳未満の場合は、保護者様からのお申し込みをお願いいたします。
・宅配につきましてお問い合わせおよび受付のないまま一方的に荷物を送られた場合はお引き受けできませんのでご注意ください。

Article 1 (Account)

(3) The intention display made to the Company by using the password is deemed to be the intention of the account himself / herself, and all the payments that arise because of that will be the responsibility of the account.
Article 3 (Change)
1. The account shall promptly notify the Company if there is a change in the matters notified to us such as name, address etc.
2. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the fact that change registration was not made. Also, even if change registration is made, please be aware that transactions that have already been processed before change registration will be made based on the information before change registration.
Article 4 (withdrawal)
If the account wishes to withdraw from account, the account himself / herself should do the withdrawal procedure. After the completion of the predetermined withdrawal procedure, it will be withdrawn.
Article 5 (Loss of account obligation and compensation obligation)
